Using this website

This website describes the services of Fieldstone Digital LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company). It is provided for general information. Please do not misuse it or try to interfere with its operation.

Our services

Services are provided under a written agreement or order form that sets out scope, price, timeline and ownership. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls. Prices shown as “from” are starting prices; the price for your project is agreed in writing before work starts.

Ownership

Unless your agreement says otherwise, you own the code and deployment we deliver once your invoice is paid in full. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools and know-how.

AI phone assistants

AI assistants can make mistakes. They are not a substitute for a person in an emergency and must not be relied on to contact emergency services. Our clients are responsible for meeting the call-recording and consent laws that apply to their business; we build every call flow to announce the recording at the start of the call.

Demos and sample content

Demo sites, screenshots and sample calls on this website are illustrations. Names, numbers and figures shown in them are fictional.

No guarantees of results

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or any specific business result.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, this website and our services are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
