What this website collects
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability.
If you contact us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, company and message. The contact form works by opening your own email app, so nothing is sent to us until you press send there.
How we use information

Phone answering and call data
When we run an AI phone assistant for a business, callers' phone numbers, voice recordings, transcripts and the details they give (such as name and address) are processed on that business's behalf and used to handle the caller's request. Every call begins by telling the caller that they are speaking with an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded. We use voice, telephony and language-model service providers to run these calls. If you called a number we operate and want your recording or details deleted, email us the number you called and roughly when.

We use service providers for hosting, email, telephony and voice AI. They process information in order to provide their services to us.
Where information is processed
Our team works from India, and our providers operate in the United States and other countries, so information may be processed outside your state or country.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and client records as long as needed for the purpose they were collected or as the law requires. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for as long as the business we answer calls for needs them, and are deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@fieldstonedigitalllc.com. We will respond within 45 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date above.
