AI call answering
Never miss the call that pays the bills.
An AI receptionist answers every call in a natural American-English voice, asks the right questions, keeps a recording and hands you the details.
What it does
Everything a good receptionist does, without the missed calls.
Answers every call, instantly
Around the clock, or only after hours and when your line is busy. No hold music, no voicemail that nobody returns.
Asks one clear question at a time
Name, callback number, address or ZIP, what is going on and how urgent it is, in a calm, natural American-English voice.
Says what it is, up front
Every call opens by telling the caller it is an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded.
Keeps a record of every call
Recording, transcript and a structured summary for each call, so nothing depends on someone's memory or a scribbled note.
Gets the details to you
Each call's details go to your email or phone as soon as the call ends, so you can call back the customer who is still holding the problem.
Escalates on your terms
Flag urgent calls, or transfer them to your cell. It never tells a caller to wait for emergency services: for anything life-threatening it says to hang up and dial 911.
A sample call
Calm, specific and honest about what it is.
Here is how a typical after-hours call goes. The assistant asks one question at a time, never promises what you haven't approved, and turns the call into a summary you can act on.
Built-in guardrails
- It never claims to be a person, or to be your company's technician.
- It never promises an arrival time, a price or an outcome that you haven't approved in writing.
- It never gives legal, medical or insurance advice.
- It only takes inbound calls. We don't run outbound sales calls or texts.

How it works
From first conversation to answered calls.
We learn your business
Services, hours, service area, what counts as an emergency, and what the assistant must never say.
We build and test the call flow
We run test calls ourselves and send you recordings to listen to before anything goes live.
You forward your number
Forward your existing line when busy or after hours, or use a new local number we set up for it.
Calls answered, details delivered
You get each call's summary. We review a sample of calls with you every month and tune the flow.
FAQ
Before you ask.
Will callers know it's an AI?
Yes. Every call opens by saying it is an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded. We don't pretend to be a person.
Is recording calls legal?
Recording rules vary by state, and some require every party's consent. Announcing the recording at the start of every call is the standard way to handle that, and it is built into every flow we ship. If your business has specific requirements, tell us and we'll build for them. This is not legal advice.
What about emergencies?
You decide. The assistant can collect the details and flag the call as urgent, or transfer it to your cell. For anything life-threatening it tells the caller to hang up and call 911.
Can it book appointments or quote prices?
It can collect booking requests and pass them to you. It only quotes prices or arrival windows that you have approved in writing.
What phone number does it use?
Yours, forwarded when your line is busy, after hours, or always; or a new local number we set up for it.
How much does it cost?
A flat monthly fee based on your call volume. Send us a rough number of calls per month and we'll quote it.
Stop losing the calls you can't pick up.
Tell us roughly how many calls you get a month and we'll quote a flat monthly price.
